“I remember picking up the biggest and heaviest magazine off the newsstand to see why it was so much larger than the rest. I flipped through the pages and I remember having a fashion and beauty overload. I knew I wanted to create glamorous imagery like that; create images that made others feel the way I did looking at them. That’s the amazing part of photography – you can relive that moment of magic again and again and I live to be a part of that. The inspiration that fuels my creative process comes from culture and the way evolution influences society. Still I draw from my favorite artists and icons like Mike Ruiz, Bill Cunningham, Iris Apfel, Anna Wintour and Henri Cartier-Bresson. Photos will always inspire you because they come from people and things, two things that never stop changing.” -Eli Rodriguez
